Help! I'm running into issues! What do I do?
Some of our most frequent user issues arise because parents enter in their child's personal information and not their own. When parents set up their MyChart account, they need to provide the parent's birthdate and the parent's personal address. If you run into any other technical problems, feel free to call the MyChart help desk at (415)-514-6000, being sure to include your birthdate and address, so they can double check your records.
